Ingredients: 100% pure essential oil
English (a.k.a. Roman chamomile) has a calming effect on the skin, mind and body, while supporting a healthy inflammatory response. It is a perennial native to Western Europe, northwards to Northern Ireland. It is a low-growing herb with a creeping rhizome that reaches up to a foot in height. The flower heads are about an inch across and are sparse compared with German chamomile (a.k.a. Chamomile Blue). A solitary head sits atop each flower stalk. As a popular remedy, it may be thought of as the European counterpart of ginseng. It has been used for centuries in teas as a mild, relaxing sleep aid, and a treatment for fevers, colds and stomach ailments. It can also be used as an anti-inflammatory.
